How to determine
when you last purchased or upgraded
If we sent you an email with an upgrade offer
Then your most recent purchase or upgrade date can be found in that email.
If you have a Systems2win menu that appears when you open Excel...
Your Application Purchase Date can be found in your
Systems2win menu > About Systems2win Templates

If you own version 6 or higher, then this same screen will also tell you how
many licensed seats you own.
(If it says 999, then you have a license for unlimited users
within your Licensed
Group - company, division, or location)
If you do not have a Systems2win menu that appears when you open Excel...

each template in the cell just below the left side of the print area. And your license
is for unlimited users within the
Licensed

If your templates are so old that they don't even have a release date on the
SampleHelp page,
then your templates are old enough to no longer qualify for upgrade pricing.
