Your personalized Systems2win templates will be
delivered by email to
you (Purchasing Contact), your IT Contact, and your Primary User (if different)
within 1 business day of receiving everything needed to process your order.
- Send us your logo - every template is personalized with your logo - free
If your company doesn't have a logo, you have two choices:
- Have your templates delivered with the Systems2win logo, which can be manually replaced on any working document.
- We can create a simple image with your Company Name in a color of blue that matches our template color scheme.
If your logo is about to change...
You can either wait to process your order,
or receive your templates with the Systems2win logo or a temporary logo
which you can manually replace on any template at any time.
If this is an upgrade...
we will follow the instructions
you gave when you completed your order form - to either
wait for your new logo - or to use the one we already have
on file.
Logo format
When you send your email - simply attach (do
not embed) your logo image.
Almost any non-proprietary image format will work great: tif, bmp, png, jpg, gif...
Image formats that will NOT work:
- a proprietary image format, such as Micrographix, Photoshop, etc.
- a PDF
Image formats that will sometimes work (and sometimes not):
- a logo that is already within a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document
We will resize your logo for you (to
fit within a space that is a maximum of .75" high
and 2" wide) - so the larger the better.
The higher the resolution the better.

Tip: Perhaps forward this information to your Marketing Department or whomever is most likely to know the most about your logo image files.
- Provide payment
If you purchased directly from Systems2win and used a payment method other
than credit card,
follow the instructions for
Alternate Payment Methods.
If you purchased from an authorized reseller, payment is made to your authorized reseller, and your invoice is delivered by your authorized reseller.
- Ensure that your Primary Contacts know their responsibilities

Have your IT Department complete the sync setup form to choose the default sync setup option for your company's personalized installation files.
Once we have received everything needed to complete your order, your personalized templates will be emailed to you the next business day.
