You will be able
to see on your computer everything that we do on
our computer - as we talk on the phone to answer
your questions.
All you need is a fast Internet connection and a telephone.
Seating for each session is
limited to 15 seats, so we ask groups to share a
monitor or projector and a speaker phone.
Seats are available on a first-come basis - one seat per company.
If no one shows up in the first 5 minutes, the session is cancelled.
Webinars are one hour (or less - depending on participants' questions).
How to join the Free Support Webinar for Systems2win Users
1) TAKE TWO MINUTES NOW (or any time before our scheduled
conference)
to ensure that your firewall will allow you to download the web conference
application.
Click this link: Go To Meeting,
then
click the "Join Meeting" button, and download the application (which
takes about 1 minute). When you see the screen that asks for the meeting ID,
you can just disconnect knowing that you are ready for the conference. If your
firewall prevents you from getting to the screen that asks for your meeting ID,
then ask your IT Dept for help.
2) A FEW MINUTES BEFORE OUR SCHEDULED START TIME

If you have any trouble, call our regular office number - 615-553-2336.
Once we have established voice connection, you will be able to join the web conference by clicking this link, then clicking the "Join Meeting" button, and entering the Meeting ID code that we will provide over the phone.
