Money

When you own your own tools for your consulting firm,

(either by buying your own, or by earning a free seat, as explained in the next section below)...

then you start earning money.

Commission per seat

When your client purchases seats for the regular prices, (published on the order form)

then you earn:

• $75 per seat sold for $299 or higher
• $25 per seat sold for $249 or higher

20% of site or enterprise license

When your client purchases a site or enterprise license for unlimited users,

then you earn 20% of the site or enterprise license fee

Free Consulting Tools

If you don't yet own your Systems2win tools...

Your first commissions can be applied to the purchase price for your own tools.

Examples:

Refer a client to purchase 1 seat, and you get a $75 discount for your own seat

Refer 5 clients to purchase 1 seat each, or 1 client to purchase 5 seats, and you get a free seat

Note: You will not be officially accepted into the Systems2win Affiliate Program until you have either referred your first client or purchased your own tools.

Earn free upgrades for your tools...

If you are an independent consultant

then the first seat that you refer each year earns a free upgrade for your own tools.

Examples:

Refer a client to purchase 1 seat, and you get a free upgrade

Refer a client to purchase 3 seats, and you get a free upgrade, plus commissions for 2 seats.

If you haven't referred or upgraded in 3 years, and you finally send a referral...

then you will get a free upgrade no matter whether your client purchases 1 seat or 3.

Before you start earning money, however, you need to refer 2 seats for each year since your last purchase, upgrade, or referral.

For our example of a referral by a consultant that has been dormant for 3 years, then if the client purchases 7 seats, then you will also get a commission for that seventh seat.

If you are a consulting firm

then the commissions for your first referrals each year get applied toward Annual Maintenance for your own templates

(at the same commission rates explained in the 'Money' section above)

How to claim your rewards

Step 1) Notify us of the referral

Notify us some other way

If nothing else... at least send an email.

It is your responsibility to notify Systems2win of your referral — BEFORE the sale.

The purpose of the commissions are to reward you for being a proactive, instrumental catalyst for Systems2win.

It would be a waste of our money to pay consultants that find out after the fact that their client has purchased Systems2win templates despite their tepid endorsement, (or complete neglect), and then notice, "oh hey... we could make some money on that."

If Systems2win has not received notification of your referral ideally before, or at least on the same day of the sale, then that sale is no longer considered a proactive referral, and Systems2win is no longer obligated to pay a commission.

If you get in the habit of using the Referral for, that will never happen.

Step 2) Complete your consultation session

You receive payment when...

1. Systems2win has received payment from the customer
2. You have completed your consultative selling session with your client

Eligibility to receive referrals from Systems2win

To become eligible to receive referrals from Systems2win, you must complete these initial requirements:

1. Own your own Systems2win templates
2. Complete the free New User Training    (either the live class or self-paced)
3. Complete the Affiliate application form
4. Complete the free training for Consultative Selling

   that teaches you how to deliver free Leadership Kickoff Training to your client that doubles as a very powerful opportunity to sell your own consulting services This brief training must be completed in a live web conference with a Systems2win coach

To be approved as an affiliate, you must either:

1. Be a consulting firm or educational institution  with a primary focus on continuous process improvement, or
2. Have a value-add web site focused on process improvement

The Fine Print — Money

Commissions are paid for templates and services purchased within the first year.

There are no commissions for annual maintenance, or training & coaching services delivered by Systems2win affiliates or partners.

Discounts

Discounts below normal pricing will trigger a review of the commission rate.

The normal policy is to subtract the discount amount from the commission,

but there might sometimes be exceptions to this normal policy. (more favorable to you)

Discount pass through

If your ethical standards do not allow you to accept commissions, then please do not ask us to pass the discount to your customer. That would create an unlevel playing field for other consultants.

Referrals from multiple sources

Commission is paid to either: a) the first to refer the client, or b) the strongest relationship.

If or when the Systems2win application might ever be sold through Amazon or any other reseller, commissions will only be paid for purchases directly from Systems2win.

 

The Fine Print — Free Upgrades

Consulting firms with multiple consultants using Systems2win tools have the choice of either:

1) Each consultant is treated independently, or

2) The consulting firm keeps everyone in sync by getting a free upgrade for all of their consultants each time that they collectively refer a client (or combination of clients) that purchase an amount greater than the value of the consulting firm's annual maintenance.

Example: 4 consultants * $150/seat = $600 to earn free annual maintenance

 

The Fine Print — Referrals from Systems2win

Reciprocity

If you choose to receive commissions for referrals to Systems2win, then you must also agree to pay commissions for referrals from Systems2win.

The commission rate is 20% of services purchased within the first year.

(The same rate that you receive for site or enterprise license commissions)

There might also be opportunities for subcontracting.

(at negotiated rates)

One way to ensure that you never receive another referral

If you accept a referral from Systems2win, and then you advise that client to use tools that compete with Systems2win, or advise that client to use 'just use paper and pencil' for things that could definitely benefit from the use of tools...

that will be the last referral that you receive from Systems2win.

 

The Fine Print — Additional Terms of Service

By signing up as an affiliate with Systems2win, you agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined on this page, including the following Additional Terms of Service.

This agreement is by and between Systems2win and all Affiliates, sometimes referred to as "you, your, or Affiliate."

You understand that Systems2win does not guarantee or predict any type of profit or response from said services. Affiliate agrees to hold Systems2win harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature which Systems2win may become subject arising out of or relating in any way to the use of the services provided under this agreement, including, without limitation, in each case attorneys' fees, costs and expenses actually incurred in defending against or enforcing any such losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages or liabilities.

Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.

Any special terms different from this typical Affiliate Agreement must be in writing.
