New Lean Training Videos

Whats New?

Standard Work Videos

By popular request, our current focus is to publish training videos to teach our thousands of users how to get the most from their Systems2win templates for process improvement.

Work Instructions

One of the most popular Systems2win templates is the Work Instructions template,

which is used to document work instructions with both pictures and written instructions that are detailed enough to train a vacation replacement or a new hire.

This template is also popular for ISO 9000.

Work Instructions Video

This new training video provides in-depth training for how to use both:

  1. the long-standing features that have made this one of our most popular templates for over 10 years, and
  2. new features that allow you to generate separate sheets for each product in a product family - with one button click

Standard Work

Your Standard Work template is the right tool to analyze and improve your process.

Users can optionally click links to drill down to detailed Work Instructions, TWI Job Breakdowns, videos, and more...

but the work instructions in this template have a more abbreviated level of detail — a level of detail appropriate for:

  1. Users that are already trained and competent
  2. Auditors
  3. Process Analysis and Improvement
