New Excel A3 template

The already-popular Word A3 template has been upgraded to more clearly guide the user through the 8 Steps of Problem Solving.

And there is a new A3 Excel template, which now gives you choice of using either Word or Excel.

The Excel template is now expected to be more popular, primarily because of the powerful ability to use the button to Insert Sheet, to add almost any type of process improvement template within the same Excel workbook.

For example, when submitting your Approval A3, you might insert a sheet for the Approval form, a Team Charter, Is Is Not Problem Analysis, or Stakeholder Analysis.

During the problem solving stages, you might insert a sheet for a flowchart, spaghetti diagram, Pareto, root cause analysis, run chart, histogram, or a Yamazumi chart.

To plan and monitor implementation, you might insert a sheet for an Action List, To Do List, or Value Stream Plan.
