If your primary contact (unadvisedly) opts out of infrequent emails notifying of upcoming upgrade anniversaries and other (rare) leader correspondence, then you must either provide a different primary contact, or you will be removed from our customer list, (and lose your customer privileges - including the ability to upgrade at a discounted rate)
