The VC sheet is found on only 3 templates:

1. Work Instructions
2. FMEA
3. Control Plan

The Value Stream Map and Standard Work templates used to have a VC sheet, but don't anymore.

  To populate every worksheet in the workbook with data entered in one place

  To make it easy to integrate with any third-party version control software

• Field labels — 0:20

  Change a field label on the VC sheet,
  it changes that field label on every sheet in the workbook

• Default header data — 0:30

  Change default header data on the VC sheet,
  it changes that data on every sheet in the workbook

  unless you manually overwrite the formula

• Step numbers — 1:00
• Standard Work template — 1:30

  The Standard Work Instructions template no longer needs a VC sheet, because there is (usually) only 1 'StdWk' sheet per workbook.

  And that new template has really nice features to calculate Work Time Available.
