  You should be familiar with all of the standard work templates that are available to you, and have confidence that this standard work template is the right one to accomplish your objectives.

  You should have completed the Quick Start Initial Training for how to use and find help for ANY Systems2win template, including foundational training for how to user Excel, and how to switch between languages.

  Your leaders should have already personalized your master template for your own desired header fields, shapes and icons, and dropdown lists.

• Cycle Time Unit of Measure — 4:00

  This is chosen from the pink dropdown list in the 'Instructions' section of the 'Help' sheet.

  If you change the Cycle Time Unit of Measure, you must recalculate the workbook, using CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+F9

  All other Default Units of Measure and Data are defined in the pink cells near the bottom of the 'StdWk' sheet

• Unit of Measure for Work Time Available — 5:30

  Usually 'Shift',
  but could be Day, Week, Batch, Weekly Lean Office Processing Cycle, etc.

  Special cases:
  1) Work Time Available for a Batch Cycle
  2) Work Time Available for Lean Office Flow
