Process Time divided by Takt Time
When and how to manually override the default calculation
Andon turns bold italic red if too close to Takt Time (usually 85-100%)
Utilization % = ((Process Time/Workers) * Demand) / Time Available
Andon turns bold italic red if greater than the % that you enter for 'Utilization Andon' (usually 80-100%)
Capacity = Work Time Available / Process Time per Worker
Andon turns bold italic red if less than or equal to Demand * the % that you enter in the 'Capacity Andon' field (usually 100% or more)
Capacity assumptions:
1) Ratio of Out of Cycle Work stays constant
2) Work can be evenly divided among workers
