Support.Insert a useful template sheet into ANY Excel document
For all 150+ of your Systems2win templates,
you can open a fresh new (stand-alone) document, by selecting
Excel Ribbon bar > Systems2win tab > Systems2win Templates
In addition to that option to open an independent workbook, about 30 of your templates also give you the option to Insert a Sheet into any other Excel workbook,
by selecting Excel Ribbon bar > Systems2win tab > Insert Sheet

special features to
Insert Sheet, and Link Data
Examples...
If you are the team leader, or a supervisor, or manager...
perhaps you might want to insert a Team Charter into your current workbook, or an Approvals sheet, or a Value Stream Plan, or an Action List, or a To Do List, or a Bowling Chart, or a Gantt Summary Milestone Chart, or a sheet to collect Issues and Ideas, or a Change Management sheet, or a Results Audit.
If you are on a team responsible to produce measurable improvements...
perhaps you might want to insert a Block Diagram into your current workbook, or a Check Sheet, or a Flow Chart, or a Gemba Interview, or a Layout Diagram (Spaghetti Diagram), or Cycle Time Observations, or Is Is Not Problem Analysis, or Muda Waste Observation, or a Pareto Chart, or a Process Analysis sheet, or a Root Cause Analysis Fishbone Diagram, or a Run Chart, or a Histogram, or a Scatter Plot, or a SIPOC Diagram, or a Stick Figure Illustrator, or a Takt Time Calculator, or a Yamazumi Chart.
If you need to train your people to do things a new way...
perhaps you might want to insert a Training Matrix into your current workbook, or a TWI Job Breakdown, or a Checklist, or Operational Definitions, or a Revision Log.
You can always insert any of these sheets into any other Excel workbook,
thereby greatly increasing the efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of every continuous improvement effort championed by every leader in your organization.
If you are still using the Trial version...
then 'Insert Sheet' only works with the shareware templates
(that have no trial expiration)
The trial templates are opened as a stand-alone workbook, using Excel Ribbon bar > Systems2win tab > Systems2win Templates
And then all of the other templates on the 'Insert Sheet' menu become available as soon as you purchase your license.
Share your document with anyone
You can share your document with anyone that has the Systems2win add-in installed on their computer.
It's okay to share even if they just have the free Trial / Shareware version installed.
It would be a violation of your License Agreement to use a document created from a Systems2win template
on a computer that does not have the Systems2win Excel add-in installed.
And, of course, you also have the option to share the results of what you created
with anyone (even without the add-in installed) if you prefer to share as a PDF.
Dropdown lists
Many of these sheets will also come with an extra sheet
that is needed for dropdown lists.
IMPORTANT: Never delete or rename this DV sheet.
If you don't want to see it, it is okay to hide it.
Similarly, never delete or rename the (already hidden) TT sheet.
Translations
If you are inserting your sheet into a workbook that was created from a Systems2win template, then your newly inserted sheet will be translated just like every other sheet in the workbook.
If you are Inserting your sheet into a workbook that was not created from a Systems2win template, then you cannot switch between translations, so choose your desired language before using the button to 'Insert Sheet'.

Missing phrases
If you are inserting your sheet into a workbook that was created from an older Systems2win template, then some phrases might be missing on the newer sheet
(those cells will display the #N/A error)
Solution Option 1: Migrate your data from your old working document to a workbook created with the new version of the template.
Solution Option 2: Open a copy of the newer template workbook to see what phrases are missing, and then manually type the missing phrases, overwriting the VLOOKUP formula with your text.
